- Help you fill out the warranty information AND send it in

My e-bike was delivered last week. Today, 9/21/2021, the White Glove Service Tech came to my home to put my bike together. So today is the first day I have actually been able to ride it. He did a good job, got my bike put together and adjusted, and took all the packaging away. He answered questions I had, but did not really "show me" how to ride the bike being that it is my first electric bike. I was kind of expecting/hoping for a little more instruction regarding specifically the electric operation of the bike. I know this service is not unique to just putting bikes together, but many other things too, and sometime things take longer than they expect. I did wait almost one entire day (the 20th) for my first appointment with White Glove, and then due to the late hour and traffic the tech had to reschedule, and then most of the next morning for the rescheduled appointment. Luckily my schedule is pretty open! He was a very nice gentleman and finally arrived and did the job. Happy to have my bike put together, now just have to read the manual, and call Boogie Bike with any questions I have, so I can learn to use it properly.
Was helpful set the bike up was very nice to answer questions and follow up the next day. Only thing is I should have been told to charge the bike before the person showed up to setup so we can actually try the bike with him there.

The technician arrived on time, was very polite. Explained what he was doing as he put it together. Explained very clearly how to operate the bike and stayed to watch me try it out. Answered any questions I had. Cleaned up and took the box and all the stuffing with him when he left. All in all, it went very smoothly. Glad we purchased with the bike.
