Cycling is one of the most effective forms of cardiovascular exercise a person can do. It offers a lot of benefits including strengthening of the bones and muscles, decrease in stress levels, improves heart rate, and burning off excess cholesterol which helps in weight loss.

Riding your Boogie Bike is an excellent choice for leisure riding since it requires you to exert energy and it’s a great way to incorporate exercise into your daily routine.
